How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we send a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

  • Our return & refund policy will be handled on a case by case basis based on the buyer's reason

  • If the item is faulty, we will either issue you a refund, or an exchange

  • If you do not like, or do not want the item anymore, you have 1 week from the date of arrival to request a return for a refund. This is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee

  • In order to qualify for a return & refund, you must include all accessories that originally came with the item in its original packaging

  • You must pay for shipping back to Future Center's address

  • Once the item arrives back at Future Center, we will issue you a refund, or an exchange
