How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we send a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.
Our return & refund policy will be handled on a case by case basis based on the buyer's reason
If the item is faulty, we will either issue you a refund, or an exchange
If you do not like, or do not want the item anymore, you have 1 week from the date of arrival to request a return for a refund. This is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
In order to qualify for a return & refund, you must include all accessories that originally came with the item in its original packaging
You must pay for shipping back to Future Center's address
Once the item arrives back at Future Center, we will issue you a refund, or an exchange
